Punkin' Head...

Ah, Autumn is upon us, and the pumpkins are out! My favorite time of year...

It's also football season, which means it's Mike's favorite time of year as well.

Since we went to the Cowboys game and Rangers game beforehand, my parents were kind enough to take care of Avery last Sunday. And well, as grandparents do, they spoiled her. They took advantage of a great weather day and brought her to the Arboretum, where they proceeded to take some super-cute photos, and expose Avery to the greatness of pumpkins. and flowers. and apparently mulch too....

General update... not much talking other than saying "ball" twice in one day, and then pointing to me and calling me "mom". after that it's been pretty much the same babble. Loves hiding behind curtains, and playing peekaboo with blankets. and climbing, oh the climbing... this kid's got skills! Still loves everything, especially Super Why and dogs (even Arby). and still so cute she makes me want to squeeze her all day long! She actually made me forget about work for a good 30 minutes the other night.... and that's a great feat right now!
